		<description>a while ago, I read a book by a brain scientist that walking ( or exercising) has a lot to do with the improvement of some brain faculties. that is, while walking, exercising, the  brain is improving. 

I have a feeling that it helps massage the brain, so that one can see things in different ways. 

maybe, given the fact that everything that exists in the universe is interrelated, the interplay betwenn the brain and exercise would be natural.</description>

		<description>Walking is nice but running is much nicer .I fell on my tailbone 10 months ago I could  not run that time . I was feeling sad fortunateley I back 2 my workout and start running again I&#039;m really happy now</description>

		<description>I love walking for the simple fact that it is FREE! No gas, no flats to fix on a bicycle, not having to worry if &quot;something will happen&quot; to my unattended ride, etc.

Good stuff, man.  BTW the mission district was my favorite neighborhood (along with the aesthetics of the marina) when I was in SF.</description>
